Eligibility

To set clear expectations, a request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. We do not offer returns or refunds merely because of a change of mind. Include the order number, order email, a clear explanation, and photos or video showing the issue.

Review process

To set clear expectations, do not send an item back unless we first provide authorization and instructions. We review each request and may ask for additional evidence. If approved, we may provide a replacement or a refund to the original payment method, as appropriate. Processing time after approval can depend on the payment provider. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.
